GK-Lab UV Fluorescent Yellow Leak Detector Kryon SPY YELLOW for HVACR POE oil - 250ml bottle

KryonSpy HVAC is the leak detection tracer for HVAC systems. Suitable for all types of refrigerants, CO2, HFC up to the latest HFO. NOT suitable for Ammonia.
Extremely effective in ultraviolet light, it has a use dilution of 1 ml per 60 ml of compressor oil. It can be manually inserted from the low pressure valve or from the oil recuperator depending on the nature of the system type (insertion in the recuperator lengthens leak detection time, more used for preventive purposes) Both in preventive and search phases if a leak is suspected. It does not alter the functionality of the system and remains in circulation after use for future searches. A moderate excess of the product does not alter functionality.

Instructions for use:
Insert KryonSpy HVAC into the refrigerant circuit from the low pressure valve, or if present from the oil fill access, at a 1:60 dilution to the compressor oil grams. For a small system use the bottle dispenser. Leave the system running for at least 5 minutes, or longer for circuits with very long channels. Use a UV lamp to scan the system's lines and exchangers. Fluorescent responses to UV light indicate where to intervene. It is recommended to clean thoroughly after intervention to avoid future false positives.
